Brown & Co Finance was founded by Don Brown, who brings over 25 years of experience in the broader industry and 17 years of Agribusiness and Commercial Banking and Finance experience. This has given him a deep understanding of the complex challenges faced by farmers, graziers and commercial business operators. Being outcome-focused and working closely with clients and their professional networks helps deliver solutions that allow business owners to reach their goals.
Julie-Anne Pyne
Julie joined Brown & Co Finance in Jan 2026. She is an experienced home loan broker with over 25 years in the finance industry, including a decade in a Big 4 Bank as a regional leader and nearly 20 years running her own successful mortgage broking business on the Sunshine Coast. She works with a wide range of clients - from first home buyers to seasoned investors - leading them through the lending process with clarity, confidence, and care. With a deep understanding of lender policies and loan structures, Julie doesn’t just find a loan - she leads her clients on a long-term finance journey. Julie is passionate about helping clients build wealth through residential property. She takes a strategic approach, supporting clients well beyond settlement and helping them make smart lending decisions as their portfolio and goals evolve over time. Known for her warm, personable nature and proactive and customer-focused mindset, Julie builds lasting relationships grounded in trust and results.
